his performance is a result of research of folk customs and traditional rural singing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which examines the impact of mentality and tradition on modern life. It poses questions about how much the folk customs infiltrated modern life, is it possible to break away from stereotypes, and how determined we are by our ancestral atavisms. The performance has been created in cooperation with the vocal ensemble Etnoakademik, Academy of Music Sarajevo, whose programmatic commitment is to nurture and present vocal, instrumental, and vocal-instrumental musical traditions with secular and spiritual content.
